Master of Education
In the Master's degree programmes, the focus is on deepening sport didactic skills in addition to the subject-specific fundamentals. This is achieved through the targeted preparation and follow-up as well as didactic support of the practical semester and through didactic study projects in the sense
of research-based learning, through which new topics are introduced into the lessons of the respective school type. The aim is to qualify students for theoretically reflected educational and teaching activities in schools of various types.
Key qualifications such as learning and working techniques, the ability to think conceptually, analytically and logically, the ability to communicate scientific information to experts and laypersons, the ability to work in a team and the willingness to cooperate, the ability to present and knowledge of the rules of good scientific practice, in particular scientific writing and information procurement, as well as an overview of time and project management, are acquired in an integrated manner in the courses in the modules.
