- Reservations/cancellations for the small library SP0. 541 can be made via Sarah Lipsmeier (Department SuG secretariat): sarah.lipsmeier@upb.de
- Short-term individual appointments and future room returns of the large seminar room SP0.448 are also made via the secretariat SuG
- The individual secretariats can make reservations/changes by proxy
Booking of sports halls for colleagues in the sports teaching and research unit (LFE Sport)
(e.g. for individual teaching units in courses or tests/experiments as part of research and students' final theses)
- The basic occupancy times of the sports facilities during the lecture period by the LFE-Sport and the university sports/community can be found in the appendix.
- The occupancy of the sports facilities can be viewed online at: https: //sug.uni-paderborn.de/sportwissenschaft/theorie-und-praxis-der-sport-und-bewegungsfelder/sportstaetten-und-material or directly via the homepage "Theory and Practice of Sports and Movement Fields" → "Sports Facilities and Equipment ".
Enquiries about booking individual slots should be sent by email to Hilke Teubert's SHK: Lina Bekiersch: SportstaettenUPB@gmail.com.
Afterwards: independent check of the entry in the online calendar and
a short info e-mail to the University Sports Department (HSP) (Uli Kussin, Fredrike Sturm) so that the sports supervisors are informed about the individual courses and do not mistakenly expel the persons concerned from the course/hall. Uli.Kussin@zv.uni-paderborn.de; frederike.sturm@zv.upb.de
- Requests for required materials should be sent to the HSP (Uli Kussin, Fredrike Sturm). The sports wardens provide the materials and are the contact persons during the event.
- All outdoor facilities except grass/artificial turf must be booked through the HSP (= tennis courts, padel, streetball, beach volleyball facilities (Uli Kussin, Fredrike Sturm).
In principle, all events should be known to the HSP so that the sports supervisors are informed!
Booking the sports halls for external players
(all other UPB departments, players from the PB district, etc.)

General information on the use of sports halls, dance halls and gymnastics rooms
- In principle, only members of Paderborn University are authorised to use the facilities.
- During the times when the sports facilities of the LFE Sport are available, ONLY employees and sports students are authorised to use them.
- In time slots in which the sports facilities are not occupied according to the online schedule, sports students can use them for exam preparation.
- The sports halls, the gym corridor, the gymnastics room and the dance hall may only be entered with clean indoor or gym shoes (no street shoes).
- Take off jewellery, watches, etc. before sport.
- The sleeve covers of the sports floor may only be opened with the "suction cup" provided for this purpose.
- Do not stick any lines on the floor (use rubber floor markings, pylons or slalom poles).
- Do not place chairs/equipment in the dance hall that will scratch the floor.
- Writing on the walls of the hall is not permitted.
- The use of resin is not permitted.
- Only use dry-wipe pens for the whiteboards and clean the whiteboards after use.
- Put sweaty uniforms in the laundry basket and hang up uniforms that can be worn again.
- Lock equipment lockers and ball trolleys after use (leave them locked) and put the keys back.
- Please remove the key for the partition wall in SP1 after use and place it on the emergency exit sign above the door.
- The equipment rooms are only used as storage rooms, not as sports facilities or playgrounds.
- After use, the equipment must be returned to its intended location according to the storage plan. Pay attention to the following:
- Small boxes are stacked "leather on leather" and "wood on wood".
- Judo mats are stacked "leather on leather" and "rubber on rubber".
- Equipment is rolled or carried, not pulled or pushed.
- Please report any damage or defects immediately! Report repairs to University Sports: Frederike Sturm and/or Uli Kussin.
