Registrations and deregistrations for / from examinations
In the Bachelor of Education programme, you must register for the exams in Paul.
You can either find the specific examination dates directly in Paul or you can find the dates a little further down on this page in the examination schedule!

If examinations or dates are not listed, please contact the responsible sports management.
Deregistrations from the practical sports examinations and theoretical examinations can be made in Paul up to one week before the start of the examination at the latest without giving reasons(please note the date of the examination entered in Paul).
It is not possible to deregister later than one week before the start of the examination, but only to withdraw from an examination: Withdrawal from an examination is only possible with a valid reason. A written request to this effect must be received by the Central Examination Office within 5 working days of the examination date at the latest, enclosing appropriate evidence (e.g. a medical certificate from the day of the examination at the latest).

Within the last week before the examination, it is not possible to deregister, but only to withdraw from an examination: Withdrawal from an examination is only possible with a valid reason. A medical certificate (from the day of the examination at the latest) must be received by the Examinations Office within 5 working days of the examination date at the latest. In all other cases, a corresponding written application must be received by the examination board within 5 working days of the examination date at the latest, together with the relevant supporting documents.

For teacher training students (B.Ed.), these examination regulations will apply from the winter semester 2023/24 in the following sports and movement fields:

Catch up on qualified participation (qT, test)
Anyone wishing to make up a qT or a practical sports test from a previous semester must:
- be registered in Paul for the relevant course by the deadline(please note the registration deadlines).
- have contacted the relevant sports department by 15 January (in the winter semester) or 30 June (in the summer semester).
Examination period/examination weeks
The examinations in the field of "Theory and Practice of Sport and Exercise Fields" usually take place in three examination weeks, which comprise the last week of the lecture period and the first two weeks of the lecture-free period.
In exceptional cases, examinations may also take place outside this examination period.
Please ensure that you register for the examinations in good time!
Disadvantage compensation
For students who have a medically confirmed chronic impairment, an adjustment of study and examination achievements can be individually assessed.
