Teaching and Research Unit Sport
In addition to the basic and applied research carried out by each working group, the topics of "health" and "education" form the overarching focus of the Sport Teaching and Research Unit. The LFE Sport is divided into 8 groups:
Groups
All disciplines contribute to the focal areas of "health" and "education" through both teaching and research activities. Among other things, the joint advisory and support concept for popular and competitive sport in Paderborn serves as a framework for optimising the conditions for (top) sporting performance using sports science expertise.
