While, on the one hand, housekeeping companies express a lack of suitable trainees and professionals in the occupation of housekeeper, on the other hand, refugees are looking for a traineeship or job. The question arises as to which factors are helpful in bringing together the interests of companies and potential employees ¬ from the refugees' perspective.
This is precisely where a study by Paderborn University comes in (see also information sheet) with the aim of developing concrete recommendations for action. We are looking for refugee trainees or pupils as well as drop-outs from the home economist training programme.
